Refund policy

All our ferments are crafted with love, by our very own hands. 

Hygiene and preservation are our top ideals when working with Gut-Enriching foods such as our ferments. 

In case you have any issues with the quality of the product, please do not hesitate to contact us at oddfellowsbrews@gmail.com. We will do our best to remedy the situation. 

 

Return Policy

If the product is different from your order, contact us at oddfellowsbrews@gmail.com and we shall replace your product free of cost. The transportation cost will be borne by us. 

Please note, all our ferments are free of preservatives and thus need proper hygiene and refrigeration to prevent any damage to the product. Please ensure the same after you receive the product. In case the product arrives in a poor condition, please contact us and we will replace the same with a fresh product. 

 

Refund Policy

Please write to us in case you wish to refund the product along with the order number. 

We shall refund your payment in the following cases:

• The order not being received within 15 days of order confirmation (subject to correct shipping details)
• The order arriving in a damaged or unusable condition.
• The order arriving with the incorrect items.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order once placed, please mail us on oddfellowsbrews@gmail.com.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. In this case, the full amount will be reimbursed.

In case the item has been dispatched, if the item is to be cancelled, the amount of the cost of products will be refunded. The transport cost will not be refunded.

In case the item has been received by you, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case please follow the refund policy stated above.
