FAQs

What is Gut Health?

The Gut tract is a network of all the digestive organs within our bodies responsible for the interaction between food and our inner cells. The Gut is lined up with trillions of microbes that help break down the food into a form that can easily be absorbed by our blood cells.

What is Kombucha?

A naturally effervescent probiotic drink, Kombucha is fermented tea that carries a host of good bacteria. When paired with fruit sugars and natural herbs, kombucha elevates the goodness as well as the flavour of these fresh foods - making gut repair possible.

A healthy Gut is linked to better absorption, digestion and immunity. Natural fibre and probiotics work in tandem to enrich our gut to perform its functions to the fullest, so the damage done by our external environment, our poor food choices and mental stress can be overcome with a daily supply of healing brews.

Make sure you get your kombucha and fermented foods from a trustable source - so that only fresh natural and preservative free foods enter your body.

What harm can preservatives do to us?

Preservatives are chemical additives that are added to foods during packaging to prolong the shelf life. Prolonged shelf life means all the natural bacteria is killed off. While this extends the life of the food, it harms all the natural bacteria present in its path.

When we consume a food which is packed with preservatives, these chemicals fight the good bacteria inside our gut and cause havoc. They have the same impact inside our system as they do in the packaged food - they kill off all the bacteria. This leads to imbalances in our body - weakening our ability to digest, repair and preserve our health.
