All our Drinks are good for 90 days in the refrigerator. This comes from the natural preservation via fermentation.
The Chutneys are good for 180 days in the fridge, as long as no contaminants come in contact with the jar.

Care Instructions
All our brews carry zero additives and preservatives - making them extremely rich in good bacteria but also NATURAL - so the fridge is your best friend. Or the brewing carries on occuring and can change the flavour.
Please note: All the brews are fermented naturally so they cannot go "bad". The way nature has intended them, our brews do not turn harmful after their BEST BEFORE day- they just change flavour.
For the best experience, please consume them within the recommended duration.
How to Use & Pairings
The Fermented Chutneys & Condiments carry a great mix of natural tingling flavour - along with the umami rich touch due to the fermentation process.
The Bevs are crafted to be enjoyed straight from the bottle, chilled. You can also use them as mixers (check the recipe blog) and as cooking bases (instead of cooking vinegars).
We also recommend using the chutneys as salad bases (notes of balsamic vinger), cooking bases in combination with the fermented Mustard chutney or pair with Hummus, Hung Curd & Pesto recipes.

PoliciesAll orders above Rs 800 are entitled to shipping on us - so you do not have to pay for the shipping. However, orders below Rs 250 are to small for the shipping expense on the environment. So we encourage you to combine your order to prevent avoidable costs.

Shelf Life & Exchanges
Exchange PolicyThe Odd Fellows are all natural brews - warranting a good natural shelf life of 3 months.
The fact that we ONLY use natural local produce has one tiny downside. While we maintain our small-batches to keep consistent flavour profiles, subtlee changes are natural and a part of connecting with the planet. We thrive on Diversity.
If you do feel something has gone off, feel free to contact us and we will exchange the brews for you.
